These terms apply to your use of thooyagamfarms.com (the "Store"), operated by Thooyagam Farms, 5/109J/9, Thoppukkadu, Rasipuram, Tamil Nadu 637401, India. By browsing the Store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

We sell food products made on our farm and in our kitchen. Product photos are for illustration; natural products may vary slightly in colour, aroma and texture between batches. Ingredients, allergen information, net quantity and best-before dates are printed on each pack. Please read the label before consuming. Our products may contain or be processed alongside nuts, dairy, sesame and gluten.

2. Health information

Descriptions on the Store are general information, not medical advice. If you have a medical condition, allergy or dietary restriction, consult your doctor before consuming any product.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Shipping is charged as set out in our Shipping Policy. All orders must be prepaid. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed only after successful payment. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock or an order appears fraudulent, with a full refund of any amount paid.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for providing accurate contact and delivery information.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Store, including text, images and the Thooyagam Farms name and logo, belongs to Thooyagam Farms and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Namakkal, Tamil Nadu.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the Store at the time of your order applies.
